Wild Harvest's eco-friendly package icon helps our shoppers identify where we have successfully eliminated a portion of the material(s) making up the packaging for specific Wild Harvest products. By doing so, we not only minimize the resulting waste of the package once it is emptied, but this also reduces the demand for manufacturing those materials and the resulting greenhouse gases. Some examples of what the symbol represents include: a portion of the package is composed of post-consumer recycled material; we've reduced total amount of packaging inputs and printed with vegetable, rather than petroleum-based inks. Wild Harvest ask you to follow their lead and recycle Wild Harvest packaging whenever possible.
