SUPERVALU INC. (referred to in this Privacy Statement as "Wild Harvest") respects the privacy of users of the WildHarvestOrganic.com web site (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how Wild Harvest collects and uses information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Personally Identifiable Information. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Statement as modified. 3. INTEGRITY / SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
The Site is not a secure web site. So, information you post to or transmit, via the Site, cannot be considered secure and safe from intrusion. Wild Harvest does not warrant the security of any information you transmit, and all such transmissions shall be made at your own risk.
4. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Wild Harvest does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of those web sites. When you leave the Site and access the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those web sites apply.
Disclaimer of Liability. Under no circumstances shall Wild Harvest, its parent companies (including SUPERVALU INC.), its subsidiaries, or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to, or collected as a result of, your access of the Site, even if Wild Harvest has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
